After School Program
The WISS is proud to announce the dates of its second annual indoor after school soccer program to be held at the St. Lazare Sports Complex. This is a program unlike any other in the region. Unlike ordinary soccer practices the after school program will be run by professionals, years of experience playing at the highest levels in Canada and overseas will be passed on to the youth of our region. The program will offer players the chance to train in a top class facility and a professional atmosphere. Players will learn skills that cannot be taught or demonstrated by a volunteer parent. A high ratio of coaches to players will ensure that players get the individual attention they need in order to correct their weaknesses and develop at a rapid speed. The program is open to players of any level or school. They must be players who love soccer, and are eager to learn. This is not a daycare. This is not your ordinary soccer practice. This is what is necessary to step up to the next level, sign up today!
For The After School Soccer program The WISS has chosen "Raising The Bar" as it's motto. The program will focus highly on the technical development of players with the ultimate goal of significantly raising the overall standard of soccer in our region. The training sessions will always guarantee players many touches on the ball in many different ways as well as a combination of professional level drills designed to challenge players to become more intelligent soccer players. The WISS will strive to make players quicker, sharper, and more comfortable with and without the ball. Through this program The WISS will raise the standard of training offered to the youth in this region. In the past the fall and winter months have been the time when players fall behind with their skills, sharpness on the ball and overall development. By spending the off season months in the after school program players will have the chance to step their careers up to a higher level of learning, and as always with The WISS they will have alot of fun doing it!

Players who participate in The After School Soccer Program can expect to see a massive overall improvement in their abilities as a soccer player, their improvements will be obvious in game situations. Here are just a few areas that that players, parents, and coaches will notice:
- Players will be able to control the ball with more quality
- Players will be able to control the ball with all parts of the body (quickly, naturally, and efficiently)
